Early Times Reporter Jammu | Sep 21 Hectic schedule mark the opening day of the 35th State Badminton Championship which was declared open by the president of J&K Badminton Association, Sudershan Singh Wazir in a well attended function at the Indoor Complex of MA Stadium, here today. Participants from seven districts are contesting for the top honours in this five-day long championship, organized by the J&K Badminton Association. In all, around 150 shutters are taking part in different age groups including veterans. The participating districts are Jammu, Kathua, Poonch, Rajouri, Srinagar, Budgam and Pulwama. Those present in the inaugural function were D D Magotra, Fayaz Ahmed, Dr Pradeep khyadhar, Krishan Lal Sharma (Sports Officer) and Rajan Sharma (Manager Indoor Complex).
