| Convent school organizes peace rally | | | Early Times Reporter

Presentation Convent Senior Secondary School in the vanguard of the Peace celebrations took out the rally and march off to disseminate the spirit of peace all over the city.
I.G.P. Jammu, Dr. S.P. Vaid and Raman Bhalla jointly flagged off the rally to hit destination. About 1500 children participated in the rally. They were served with water and refreshment enroute. The chosen theme of the rally was “Eliminate Corruption At all Levels”. The rally covered the routes like Gole market, Green belt, Hotel Asia, Vikram Chowk and culminated at General Zorawar singh Auditorium of Jammu University.
Prof. Amitabh Matto , Vice Chancellor Jammu University extended his valuable help and also addressed the students at General Zorawar Singh Auditorium. On this occasion, a skit by Balwant Thakur , the renowned stage director and playwright , Father Ivan , Vicar General of the diocese of Jammu Srinagar delievered his message for peace.
