| Two held with intoxicant capsules | | | Early Times Reporter

Police today arrested two persons with intoxicant capsules from Rahalta Morh in Kathua. They have been identified as Rakesh Raj son of Som Raj and Sanjay son of Hari Chand both residents of Bamohra Billawar.
According to reports, police today stopped the accused on a naka and during checking recovered 750 intoxicant capsules from their possession. Police took both of them to police station and registered a case against them in this regard.
