The general body meeting of the trustees, executive committee members, all the donors, the life members as well as donors of Dainik Parsad Yojna of Jammu Yatri Bhawan will be held on September 30 this year, at Kingsway Banquet Hall Jammu.Decision to this effect was taken in a meeting of the Board of Trustees of Jammu Yatri Bhawan, held here today under the Chairmanship of its President, Pawan Kumar Shastri. This will be the first meeting of Jammu Yatri Bhawan, to be held on this large scale. Some important decisions regarding future functioning of the trust, augmentation of facilities and modifications of certain rules of the trust will be discussed in the meeting. The allotments of rooms in the Yatri Bhawan Haridwar to the donors as well as procedure of providing accommodation to the pilgrims from Jammu at the Yatri Bhawan will also be announced. Besides the balance sheet of assets and liabilities as well as income and expenditure of the society will also be presented.
