About 150 train passengers were arrested by the Railway Police for travelling without tickets at the railway station in Jammu on Monday.
The passengers from Madhya Pradesh were travelling in the Utter Sampark Kranti express, official sources said.
They were released after being imposed a fine of Rs 11,200, they said, adding the passengers were going to the Vaishnodevi shrine.
