| SP leaders concerned over road conditions | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Sep 26 State Samajwadi Party leaders including Vice President, Col. (Retd.) Bahadur Singh Choudhary and Secretary General, Ram Prakash Sharma, made a 2-day tour of Sunderbani, Nourshera, Jhangar & Kalakot and met the people from cross sections of society to ascertain their problems. Expressing their concern over the road conditions, particularly in the Kalidhar area near temple and second one from Siot to Kalakot, where construction work is going on at snail’s pace, for quite some time past, the leaders said, “As a result, these roads have become accidental prone, both the leaders said and attributed the cause of recent tragic Car accident on Kalidhar road claiming the precious lives of three as the bad condition of the road.” The SP leaders further said that due to continued apathy, indifference and discrimination on the part of successive State Governments, in general and the Coalition partners, in particulars, the people of these backward areas of Distt. Rajouri like other areas o the State, have been disillusioned from the State’s major parties including Congress, NC, PDP etc. and want a change in the political scenario of the State. They accordingly claimed that it is in this context that the Samajwadi Party ha a vital role to play in the forthcoming state assembly Elections.
