Governor of Meghalaya, B. L. Joshi, who was on a three day tour of Kashmir, today visited the Chief Minister, Ghulam Nabi Azad at his residence. The Governor was accompanied by his wife. Later in the afternoon, Joshi flew back to New Delhi
