| Heavy rush of aspirants on the last day of B Ed counseling | | | Early Times Reporter

On the last day for B.Ed counseling, heavy rush of applicants was observed at the Gymnasium Hall of Jammu University.
On the last day more than 2000 applicants received counseling for total 65 colleges having over more than or equal to 45 per cent of marks in the qualifying examination.
The counseling for the local student was closed today whereas for non locals, counseling will start from October 3 and will conclude on October 31. The colleges were sanctioned to the applicants on the base of their preferences and according to the availability of seats in the colleges. The applicants had to give choice of 10 colleges divided in two preferences containing five colleges each.
Like first day the whole process got over much earlier then the scheduled time. There were excellent arrangements made by colleges Development Council (CDC), JU, spokesman of the varsity said.
