Upper Paloura residents hold demonstration

`The residents of the Gujjar Mohalla, Upper Paloura, falling under ward No. 60 has pleaded for staring construction work of the road and drains in their area and organized a protest demonstration to press for its demands.
Addressing the protestors, Haji Gulam Hussain said that as money has been sanctioned for the construction of road, drain and lightning system for the area but till date no construction work has been taken up by the concerned agencies, as a result the inhabitants of these areas are suffering badly. He also informed that a delegation of the propel had in the past also met the Mayor JMC, Narinder Singh and Corporator Rajni Bala and apprised them about their demands, still no headway has been made till date.
