| SBI celebrates ank day | | | EALY TIMES REPORTER
JAMMU | JULY 1
The State Bank of India (SBI) Zonal office celebrated bank day by organizing various functions here today.
On the occasion computers and printers were donated to ‘Care for Promotion of disability Independence (Love) Paloura’ and ‘Kristu Jyoti Social Welfare Society, Samba, for providing vocational skills to disabled persons and also to the rural youth. These items were handover to disable persons by the SBI Ladies Club President, Mohini Saran in the presence of large gathering present at the function.
At another function two new schemes were launched by the SBI Deputy General Manager Samir Saran. The schemes are SBI home line special personal loan and other is Jai Jawan pension loan for young defense personnel. The scheme is aimed to help existing home loan borrowers and also to retiring and retired army and paramilitary personnel
The staff member of the Bank on the occasion took pledge to rededicate themselves to the service of the public.
