Bhaderwah | Oct 1
A lok adalat was held today in the court complex Bhadarwah. The same was presided over by the Chairman distt. Legal Services authority Bhadarwah Sh Hari Om Singh(Principal and district Sessions Judge) and assisted by Sub Judge Bhadarwah Sh. Y.P Kotwal and munsiff Bhadarwah Sh B.A. Munshi.
In the Lok Adalat 17 cases were taken up out of which 11 cases of different nature were settled through mediation ,conciliation and negotiation .A fine of Rs. 2750/=(Two Thousands seven Hundred Fifty) was also realised on spot. |
