| Distt Srinagar Billiards and Snooker: Competitions start tomorrow | | | Early Times Reporter

Otherwise scheduled to start today, the district Srinagar billiards and snooker championship shall be declared open on October 3 at the Billiards Hall, Bakshi Stadium, Srinagar.
According to the organizing secretary, Umar Humanyu, the competition was re-scheduled for October 3 because of the ongoing Ramzan festival in the valley as also some arrangements were to be made.
“We have received a good number entries in both senior and junior groups and in the next two days some more players are expected to confirm their participation,” said Umar, who himself is a good player.
The first event in this competition will be junior snooker, followed by the junior billiards and senior events. |
