The GGM Science College, Government SPMR College of Commerce and Government MAM College won opening day matches in the inter-college (men) handball competitions which started today at University grounds, here.
In the first match, Science College defeated PG Departments 20-14. Sunny Tidyal was the main scorer with nine goals whereas from PG Departments, Chander contributed six.
The second match was won by Commerce College outplaying Degree College Kathua 17-10. Kundan was top scorer with eight goals.
In another match of the day, Government MAM College blanked Degree College Akhnoor 18-0. |
