| HC stays transfer order issued by DYSO, issues notice | | | Early Times Reporter

Justice YP Nargotra of J&K High Court Jammu Wing in a writ petition filed by Shakeel Ahmed and other Physical Education Teachers, stayed the transfer orders issued by District Youth Services Officer and later cancelled by Director Youth Services.
The petition was filed through Adv Surinder Kour and the Court after hearing him issued notice to the respondents and stayed the operation of the order of September 11,2007 issued by the District Youth Services Officer till next date of hearing. JNF |
