The rally taken out from Rani Park amidst raising anti government slogans culminated at City Chowk. Gupta while addressing the protestors said that prices of essentials have sky rocketed with no signs of any control by the concerned authorities and in this connection referred that onions are being sold at Rs.30 a kg while the potato was selling at Rs.20 a kg. He said the similar was the case with other essentials like edible oil, species, atta and rice.
