| Appointment of JE (E)’s cancelled | | | Early Times Reporter

As per government order, appointment of JE (E) vide Government Order No 175-PD of 2007 dated 10-07-2007 who have failed to join within the prescribed period have been cancelled.
These include Musdasir Amin Tabafbaqal serial No17 OM, Ashwani Sharma 25 OM, Udasir Nissar Shora 40 OM, Mohammad Saleem 44 OM, Muzaffar Ahmad Mir 50 OM, Mehraj-ud-Din Sheikh 89 OM, Gurvinder Singh 104 OM, Farooq Ahmad Tantary 13 RBA, Rinchin Wangmo 08 ST. Reservation of one post of JE (E) as per the interim directions dated 21-09-2007 of Court in SWP No 974/2007 and without prejudice to the final out come of the writ petition.
The candidates figuring in the waiting list of the select list forwarded by J&K Service Selection Board in order of merit in the respective categories are appointed as JE (E)-Grade-II state cadre in the pay scale of Rs.4500-7000.
These include Vir Vikram Vaid OM, Rajeshwar Singh Jamwal OM, Tariq Ahmad Rugoo OM, Mohd Serfiraz Khan OM, Punica OM, Shashank Raj OM and Narinder Khajuira RBA and Mohd Sajjad ST.
The appointees shall report to the Managing Director, J&K State Power Development Corporation with a period of 21 days from the date of the issue of this order, falling which their appointment order shall be treaded as cancelled without further notice. The candidates will have to produce academic qualification certificate, technical/professional qualification certificate, date of birth certificate (as per matriculation certificate), state subject certificate, category certificate wherever applicable, age & health certificate and character verification certificate from CID.
The appointee shall be on probation for a period of one year. They shall retain their lien in the J&K Power Development Department.The inter-se seniority of the appointees will be notified separately in accordance with the rules. |
