| BG Brigade organizes excursion for border students | | | Early Times Reporter

Mendhar battalion under the aegis of Bhimber Gali Brigade organized an excursion to Jammu and Nagrota for the students of border villages ahead of the Line of Control fence.
A total of three teachers and 30 students participated in this excursion. The team was flagged of by Commander, Bhimber Gali Brigade from Pinewood School Sabra that has been constructed under Operation Sadbhavana by the Army.
The students were taken to various places of tourist interest in Jammu including Hari Niwas Palace, Bahu Fort and Shahid Smarak. They had a chance to see the tanks and artillery guns held by the Army and were also given a ride on the tank. |
