About fifteen sikh students of government boys higher secondary school, Gandhi Nagar joined Deshmesh Youth Organization (DYO) here today.
As per press release while joining the organization, the youth assured the organizers that they will work for the welfare of sikh community in the state beside the will educated the younger generation of the community about the importance of Turban, istead of Patka.
President of the organization on the occasion said, DYO has organized number of blood donation camps and provide blood free of cost to various hospital.
The students who joined the organization are Devinder Singh, Balwinder Pal Singh, Jatinder Singh, Balmeet Singh and Gurvir Singh etc. |
