Police claimed to have arrested a militant from Tral area of Pulwama here today.
Official sources told News Agency of Kashmir that on specific information a police party raided a house and arrested a militant Shamim Ahmad Sofi, son of Ghulam Mohd Sofi, resident of Satoora Tral, Pulwama.
However, no recovery has been made from the arrested militant who according to police was absconding and was wanted in Case FIR No: 79/04 U/S 212-RPC, 7/25 A. Act in Police Station Pampore from year 2004. |
