| No letter issued from CM’s Secretariat to Kouls | | PS describes it fake, baseless | | Early Times Reporter

Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Anil Goswami described the letter attributed to have been issued from Chief Minister’s Secretariat to one Usha Koul with regard to medical aid, as totally baseless and fabricated.
Clarifying the news report, Goswami said “no such letter has been issued from the Chief Minister’s Secretariat”. The letter which has been made available to the press, he said is faked and concocted. |
