The employees association of PHE division, Akhnoor led by its general secretary, Vinod Kumar Sharma took out a protest rally in the town demanding facilities the employees have been demanding since long.
Addressing the employees Sharma said why there is discrimination between Jammu and Kashmir employees as for as payment of wages is concerned. He said in Kashmir at daily wagers is paid out Rs. 500.
Speaking on the occasion, INTUC president, permanent appealed to state government that this step motherly treatment between the two religious he eliminated at once. He said, the demands put forth by the employees he solved without any further delay. He said all the daily wagers of Jammu he paid in one installment beside full implementation of SRO 149, and release of 6% of D.A. etc. |
