Early Times Reporter Jammu | Oct 8 Activists of BJP, led by Distt. Jammu President and Ex-Mayor Kavinder Gupta, today held a protest demonstration and burnt the effigies of a Congress MLA as the High court has directed to start investigations by CBI against him and others in the much publicized sex scandal. Kavinder Gupta while addressing the demonstrators criticized the present Congress-led coalition government for its policy of shielding such elements which are exploiting the innocent females in the state. He said the BJP will not allow this government to hush up the case and urged the governor to immediately dismiss the government as its continuance will only prove to be threat to the dignity and security of the females.
