| Cultural academy holds folk music programme | | | Early Times Reporter

Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Language organized multi lingual folk music programme at Government Higher Secondary School Rajpura district Kathua in which Sarpanch Bishamber Dass presided over while Principal, Government Higher Secondary School Sardar Singh was the chief guest. Additional Secretary, JKAACL, Jammu T. R. Sharma was also present on the occasion.
Additional Secretary, Jammu Mr. T.R Sharma while welcoming the audience said that since last few years cultural academy has geared up its activities in the field of Art, Culture and Literature in the remote and border areas. He said that as the most of the talent lies in the villages and rural area and there is a need to identify and introduce them to the main stream.
The Sarpanch thanked Cultural Academy for organizing the music programme in the remote area. |
