| 3-day workshop on ‘Soft Skills’ for MBA students | | | Early Times Reporter Bhaderwah| Oct 8
MBA students of Bhaderwah Campus of University of Jammu attended a three day workshop on ‘Soft Skills’ at ‘Country Inn and Suits’ at Katra. The students of Bhaderwah Campus grabbed this opportunity by organizing the program by themselves with the help of Campus authorities. The program was organized to prepare the students for final placement especially in corporate sector. The main objective of this program was resume making , group discussion and personal interviews. The program was totally sponsored and organized on the request of the MBA students of Bhaderwah Campus. Besides, the students of Bhaderwah Campus, MBA students of Kathua campus also attended the workshop. Manjot Singh from mind bridge Asia, Delhi, trained the students and blessed them with his wide exposure and experience in the field of management. “These types of activities enhance the professionalism and to build the confidence of the students to face the real world of management,” said Manjot Singh In charge HOD of the department of Management of Bhaderwah Campus, Rachna Mahajan has emphasized that in a campus like Bhaderwah which is recently established should encourage these types of personalities and professional skill development program to make the students to compete with product of reputed management institution of the country. The recent result of the second semester itself speaks the success and achievements of this Campus. “It is a step forward making the dreams of this well educated small town come true,” she said adding that now the expectation level of the people of the area has risen and we will try our level best to come to maintain it. |
