| IAS officer’s ‘mistress’ running sex racket in city | | SEX AND THE CITY | | Early Times Reporter

Close on the heels of a court ordering re-investigation in Srinagar sex sleaze, another sex racket has been reported active in Jammu. While the valley scam has put blot on the faces of some ministers, legislators and senior police officials; the one active in Jammu is learnt to have been run by ‘keep’ of an IAS officer.
For those who do not forget old happenings; the mistress is a woman with criminal background and was once taken into custody by police for involvement in a vehicle lifting case. However, this IAS officer had used his influence and saved the woman, sources said.
According to the sources, the racket being run by this woman has spread widely in the city with various senior bureaucrats, politicians and senior police officers not only act as customers but help her in running the racket.
The woman is (in)famous by her name and has a luxurious house situated in a suburb of Jammu city while earlier she used to enjoy government accommodation in walled city. Following her being picked up by police in vehicle lifting case, the IAS officer is known to have provided her with a number of hideouts within and around the city – with one of them situated at a popular pilgrimage town near the city.
Sources revealed that the racket is not only active in Jammu but has extended its tentacles to Chandigarh, Delhi and Mumbai and are openly sending girls to politicians, bureaucrats and businessmen in these and other cities while those wanting to enjoy their services in Jammu are treated in a number of hotels who are secretly associated with the racket.
Sources further revealed that a couple of months back, a Delhi based woman has joined this local woman in running the racket and has setup a ‘headquarter’ somewhere in the outskirts of the city. The duo is now supplying girls (locals as well as Delhi based ones) to their customers.
Sources said that at any given point of time the racket has at least 10 girls attached to it either on a lookout for a customer in offices or visiting hotels locating one.
The modus-operandi is after a customer is pinpointed, the information is sent to the woman boss (the mistress) who then ties up with the potential client and closes the deal either on phone or through one-on-one meeting as the situation requires. The mistress then decides which girl has to be sent to the customer. Usually the delivery is made possible within an hour of settling the deal, sources added.
Sources also informed that police, not only hesitate from taking action against the racket but various officers also secretly shelter them and help them in deliveries.
What is ironical is the view of beacon lights fitted vehicles seen parked outside the headquarter of this racket frequently.
Sources said some days back some local peoples also complaint this issue to the police but not action has been taken in this regard due to senior officers pressure who visited their self in the hideouts. |
