| BVP holds National Song competition | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Oct 10 Bharat Vikas Parishad (BVP) J&K today organized National Group Song competition at Govt College for Women Gandhi Nagar. Commissioner of Income Tax Varendra Singh, J&K was the chief guest while Veena Gupta, Principal of the college was the guest of honor on the occasion. The function was presided over by Chander Sein Jain, National Chairman NGSC, BVP. 10 teams in Hindi and 9 teams in Sanskrit participated from Jammu province. State President Prof. Suresh Gupta highlighted the activities of the Parishad and aim of organizing this function is to inculcate devotion towards the motherland national convener of the competition, SN Sharma highlighted the rules and regulations of the competition. The competition was adjudged by KC Dubey, Station Director Radio Kashmir Jammu, Prof. Seema Sharma Govt. College for Women Gandhi Nagar, Prof. Anupama Sharma Govt. Women College for women Parade. Varinder Singh speaking on the occasion appreciated the aims and objectives of the Parishad in the development of the personality of the youth. He congratulated the children and encouraged them to serve the nation. Veena Gupta appreciated the zest among the children and the cause of the competition organized by J&K State BVP. State Secretary Yuvraj Gupta presented the vote of thanks. |
