| Semis position cleared in senior billiards | | |

Semi-finals line-up has been drawn in the senior billiards competitions with the entry of Jaideep Manocha, Kamal Rohmetra, Nikhil Kapahi and Sohail Khalid in the last four stage in the ongoing Jammu district billiards and snooker championship at Billiards Hall, M A Stadium, here today.
In the quarterfinals played today, Jaideep defeated Kuldeep Sharma by over 100 points match while Kamal trounced his junior Vidid Gowri in a one-sided contest.
Nikhil Kapahi was lucky getting a walkover in the quarterfinals after Vishal Abrol could turn up the venue thereby forcing the organizers to award the match in favour of Nikhil.
Sohail Khalid also won his match easily beating Sumesh Turki by a hefty margin of near 200 points.
