| Shia Muslim offer Eid prayers | | | Early Times Reporter

Eid-ul-Fitr on the culmination of holy Ramzan was celebrated by the Shia Muslim of Leh with great enthusiasm and religious fervor all over the district today.
The main Eid-ul-Fitr congregation (Neemaz) was offered at Imam Bargah, Leh under the Imamat of Sheikh Ghulam Hadi president, Majlise Ulema, wherein thousands of Shia Muslims participated.
Special prayers was observed on the occasion for world peace, prosperity, communal harmony and brotherhood among different sections of the community with particular of reference to Ladakh region.
Addressing the gathering after Neemaz Ashraf Ali Barcha, president, Anjuman Imamia, Leh felicitated all Muslim of Ladakh region he also expressed gratitude to the district, administration, Leh for making all necessary arrangements especially the regular supply of electricity during the holy month. |
