| Make public Kundal Committee report: Sadhotra | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu |Oct 15 " The clam of the present dispensation headed by Ghulam Nabi Azad to weed out corruption from the state stands nowhere. The so called claim and paper efforts made are falling flat on ground and with all these claims the state of the J&K stands at No. 2 position in corruption in the country, is a matter of shame for us" said Ajay Sadhotra President J&K National Conference, Jammu province while addressing a meeting at Jammu West Constituency. The meeting was organized by Chander Mohan Sharma District President Jammu Urban. Sadhotra said it is feared that if things keep going like this the day is not far when the state of Jammu & Kashmir will be at number one position in corruption which he said is a matter of great concern. He called upon the people to rise to the occasion and weed out the present dispensation. Sadhotra questioned that if the regime is committed to weed out corruption at all levels of hierarchy then why the government is not bringing the BR Kundal Committee report before the people which affirms involvement of various officers including a minister. He said this owes explanation to the people. He asked the government to place the said report before the masses. Provincial President said that time is not far when the present regime will fall on its own weight of corruption, mis-governance, callousness and in-humane treatment with the people. During the meeting a large number of people after resigning from Congress and BJP joined National Conference. Those who joined the party included Tilak Raj Gupta, Prem Chouhan, Rajesh Uppal, Kans Raj, Ajay Narula, Joginderpal, Vijay Kumar, Bua Ditta, Girdhari Lal, Amit Kumar, Keshav Chopra, Amit Kumar and others. Among others who were present on the occasion included S/Shri Rachpal Singh, Block President Jammu WEST, S. Sucha Singh, Block President YNC Jammu West, Ayudhya Gupta, Mohd Shabir Sambyal, Mohd Yousuf, Ankush Langer, Rohit Kerni, Mohd Saleem, Naresh Sharma, Romesh Sharma, Santosh , Vijay Kumar and Joginder Sharma. |
