| Bhatti urges people to join en-mass in Friday protest rally | | ‘Describes Bush a great killer’ | | Early Times Reporter

Taking strong exception of converting a building, resembling with holy ‘Kaba’ in Macca, into a dance and bear bar in America, Qari Zahir Abbas Bhatti, President Aheley Sunat Conference (J&K) has said that this has hurt the sentiments of millions of Muslims across the globe.
Addressing media persons here today, Bhatti described ‘it as a cowardice act to just play with the sentiments of people of the Muslim community and people of different religions and faiths and called upon the people across the state to launch a strong protest against America and its President Bush’.
‘ Terming America and its President as number one terrorist in the world’, Bhatti said that America is the originator of terrorism and has been instrumental in assisting and insisting one country against the other and in this way it spreads terrorism in almost all parts of the world for its vested interests. ‘Bush is the killer’ of millions of innocent people of Philistine, Afghanistan, Arab and Iraq’, he said and called for a joint fight against the policies of America and its President.
Making a strong plea for preservation of ‘Ram Sethu’, Bhatti said sentiments of crores of people are attached with it adding that India is the unique example of secularism which alone can be maintained by respecting the sentiments of the people of all religions and faiths, he maintained.
Bhatti has impressed the Muslim community to join in large numbers in the proposed protest rally to be held on Friday across the state after performing Friday’s prayers. |
