| FFA organizes function | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Oct 18 To make awareness among the students and youth community about the first freedom struggle of 1857 and the sacrifices made by the martyrs J&K Freedom fighters (FFA)Assosciation organized a function at May Fair Higher Secondary school. Chairman of the school, Bhushan Lal Gupta while speaking on the occasion, said that the Nation have become directionless and future of the coming generations is at stake, Post Independence leadership added to the woes of already British terror stricken country men, it led the country towards poverty, suppression and dividing people through reservation system exploiting religion and regionalism, only to remain in power. President of the assosciation, Ved Gandotra on this occasion said that youth should follow the path of sacrifice and thought to see a strong and prosperous India . He further added that youth would have to work hard and to bring out a leadership , which would give a new shape to the poverty and corruption stricken nation. Principal of the school, Geeta Dixit exhorted the students to pick up all good deeds from the life of great personalities and follow them to secure the bright future of the coming generations. Others who were presented on this occasion were KC Malhotra, Madan Chopra, Chaman Koul and Rakesh Bharat. |
