Addressing media persons in a press conference here today, the President of Samiti, Joginder Singh said that although Board claims that 30% of the shops shall be allotted to state subjects but are tight lipped over rest 70%. " The authorities claim they have formulated a guidelines for allotment of so called preferentially treated 30% of shops and regarding the rest seventy percent, policy guidelines are not being revealed and published," Singh said.
Criticizing the Board authorities, he said that all sorts of barriers have been created by Board authorities even in meager share of thirty percent which makes 'preferential category' merely as illusion for residents of Katra.
