Sehakar Bharti an organization to fight and carry forward the message of co-operative movement held its annual meeting here today under the presidentship of M.L. Gupta. Sunil Gupta organizing secretary North Zone Sehakar Bharti was the Chief Guest on the occasion.
While, addressing the meet, Sunil highlighted the benefits of co-operatives in various states, where this sector is the main source of their economy.
Chairman Citizen Co-operative Bank Dinesh Gupta who was facilitated on the occasion said that transparency and democratic set up should be adopted to make the co-operative sector adopt clean democratic system and without political interference. It can prove a boom towards eradication of unemployment among the society.
Sukhnandan Chowdhary, Priya Sethi, Sanjay Mahey, Chander Mohan Gupta, Ramesh Hangloo, H.S. Manhas and Neelam also addressed the gathering. Earlier Bikram Singh delivered the welcome address. |
