The minister of state for education Manjit Singh distributed school uniforms among the poor students of govt. middle school at Goupar Basti here today.
Uniforms were donated by headmaster, Subash Gupta of the school. Residents of the village on applauded the role of headmaster present on the occasion. Earlier, minister accompanied by M.P T.S. Bajira addressed a number of meetings and apprised the people about the government’s policy with regard to development of education in the state. They also took stock of various school buildings being constructed under Serva Shiksha Abhiyan. |
