Activists of Shiv Sena Hindustan (SSH) burnt the effigy of chief minister of Tamil Naidu, Karunanidhi at busy Jewel Chowk here today and described him ‘Ravana’ of modern age.
State president of SSH, Dimpy Kohli, while addressing the protestors said the worlds uttered against Lord Ram, are very objectionable and have hurt the sentiments of crores of Hindus in the world. He said along with effigy of Ravan, Kumbhkaran and Meghnath SSH worker will also burn the effigy of Karunanidhi every year.
Among others present on the occasion were Vikas Dewan, Rajan Gupta, H.S. Sahni, SS Manhas, Sanjeev Kumar and Shiv Kumar. |
