Watching the condition of border people, which was slowly going from sad to worst compel due to resign from government service and join active polities, said Dr. Shenaz Ganai, while addressing people’s rally at Mandi here today.
While speaking on the occasion she said that after the death of her father late Ghulam Ahmed Ganai she has been a silent spectator watching the condition of Poonch people which provoked her to resign from govt. services and come to field and serve the people. She on the occasion assured the masses that she will be on her toes to mitigate the suffering. She said that she will carry the mission of her late father to work for the upliftment of poor and downtrodden people of this border area.
She asked the people be united and not to be victim of exploitation particularly of those who have been tested in past. She said that she will soon be visiting every village of this border area and have the on sport assessment of miseries of the people so that the same are addressed. The rally was attended by large number of women folk of the area. |
