| Career workshop held at JU | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Oct 22 To enhance the career opportunities for students, Centre for Quality Assurance organized a workshop on career opportunities for students of the campus and government and private affiliated colleges of the university in the General Zorawar Singh Auditorium which was attended by 250 students. The workshop organized here included presentation on career opportunities in multinational companies followed by a presentation on communication skills by faculty from Aspire –human resource management company. Director, Centre for Quality Assurance, Meenakshi Kilam urged the students to consider career opportunities other than government jobs and not to hesitate in moving outside as Jammu as regional immobility is a great impediment in career growth. Others who presented on this occasion included President College Teachers Association, Dr. Ajeet Angral, Dr. DL Chaudhary, Administrator, General Zorawar Singh Auditorium. |
