Delhi today registered an outright victory over hosts Jammu and Kashmir in the limited overs game at Sher-e-Kashmir Cricket Stadium here today to consolidate their position in the North Zone women’s cricket tournament.
Taking revenge of yesterday’s two-day game that ended in a draw despite follow-on to J&K, Delhi girls first restricted the hosts to a partly total of 80 for six in 50 overs match and then achieved the target in less then 14 overs with all wickets intact.
From J&K, Meenu Slathia was the top scorer with 30 runs. |
