| Prof Kancha to deliver lecture on “Ambedkarism” | | | Early Times Reporter

A lecture on ‘Ambedkarism’ and the ongoing social revolution”, is being organized by Dr. Ambedkar studies centre, university of Jammu, at seminar Hall of computer science, on October 26.
Prof. Kancha Ilaiah former Head of Department of Political Science, Osmania University, Hyderabad, will speak on the topic. Prof. Kancha is the author of ‘Why I am not a Hindu’: A Critique of Sudra Philosophy, Cultural and Political Economy and God as Politicla Philosopher and Buddha’s Challenge to Brahminism. He started a massive campaign against caste atrocities in Andhra Pradesh and for the last 25 years he has been campaigning against the practice of Untochability and illiteracy in India. |
