An awareness programme on importance of education, adverse effect of drugs and prevention from AIDS was organized by the All India Mahatma Gandhi National foundation at Govt Girls higher secondary school here today.
Addressing the gathering the chairman of foundation, Z.A. Bhatti, urged the people to co-operate with NGOs and other social organizations who are working for the betterment of people. He requested the youth, be cautions about there dreadful diseases and make others aware about it.
Referring to Gandhian principals he said, Gandhi have always advised to adopt principal of non-violence and work for the welfare of humanity. |
