| KVS holds national adolescence programme | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Oct 28 Kendriya Vidyalya Sangathan (KVS), Jammu organized two days national adolescence programme for nodal teachers of KVS, Jammu region, at Kendriya Vidyalya – 1 here. Officiating assistant commissioner, KVS, Jammu region, BD Sharma was the chief guest on the occasion. In his speech he stressed upon the need of the adolescent education and expected from the nodal teachers to implement NAEP successfully. About 60 teachers participated in the programme. Course director and Principal, KV Sunjuwan Sushma Thapar in her welcome address highlighted the aims and objectives of the programme, the contents of the programme and the activities under taken by the participants during this course. She told that issues related with the problems of the adolescence, the need of understanding the changes of adolescence faced by the growing girls and boys and to give proper guidance and solutions with sympathetic attitude were the main priorities to be considered in this course. Vote of thanks was presented by Chitra Mishra. , Principal Kendriya Vidyalya Gandhi Nagar. She appreciated the efforts made by the participants for their whole hearted participation in all the activities of the programme. |
