| J&K TO HOST INTERNATION KABADDI MATCH BETWEEN INDIA AND PAKISTAN | | | Jammu,Junly 02 : After Cricket and Hockey now it is the turn of Kabaddi which will help remove mistrust between people of Pakistan and India. And J&K Amateur Kabaddi Association is at the forefront and is organizing international Kabaddi match between India and Pakistan on July 22 at indoor complex in MA stadium for the first time. According to Mr Kuldeep Gupta,General Secretary,Jammu Kashmir Amateur Kabaddi Association the match between the two sides will be played in Jammu on July 22 on 'MAT' for the first time. He said the first match is likely to be held Jalandhar on July 15.The second match will be playe din Jammu, third in Delhi, fourth at Haryana and Fifth at Jaipur.Gupta said association was also making arrangements for live telecast of the international event on DD sports and running commentary on All India Radio. He did not divulge the names of Pakistani Kabbadi players playing in Jammu because their visas were not yet cleared. Mr Gupta said that the match in Jammu will be played on the mat in the indoor complext at Maulana Azad Stadium. He said "we have made elaborate arrangements for the fixture because Jammu and kashmir had not so far been listed for hosting international cricket,hockey or other games."
