In view of ensuing Diwali festival a squad of CAPD comprising Inspector, Mr. Kewal Krishan, Subash Sadotra and Hari Singh Saini headed by Assistant Director (Mills) CAPD, S. Narinder Singh visited the sweet shops of New Plot, Sarwal, Old Janipur, Main Chowk Janipura, Paloura, Patoli, Topsherkhania and Canal Road for inspection of rate lists displayed by the shopkeepers or not.
In this connection one sweet shop owner was booked for non-displaying of rate list. The squad directed all of them to sell sweets as per approved rate list issued by CAPD. Necessary action would be intimated against defaulters, they warned. |
