| Psychiatrists to get specialised training | | | Early Times Reporter

State Govt will provide specialized training to over a dozen psychiatrists of the region.
This was disclosed by
Addressing a press conference here today, Dr. Jagdish Thappa said that the hospital authorities have requested the NIMHANS authorities to depute specialists who can train doctors here about the latest techniques and treatments to be provided to the patients.
Thappa further informed that in this regard Dr. BN Ganja Dhar HoD NIMHANS Banglore, Dr. Kishore Kumar, Senior faculty member. Dr. Chander Mohan, Dr. Ramesh Gupta, Medical Supd will provide training to their doctors.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Ganga Dhar, from NIMHANS said that during the training the doctors would be trained to provide the modern medicines to such patients which are suffering from the side effects of some medicines. |
