| Confectioner arrested for violating act on lottery | | | Early Times Reporter

One Krishan Lal, a confectioner of Moti Bazaar, was today arrested by the police under 13 gambling Act. According to the police Krishan Lal was indulging in e-mail lottery business. Police said that Krishan Lal had violated the
anti-lottery Act which has been in force in Jammu and Kashmir for the last 10 years.
Krishan lal was being questioned by the police in order to find out if there were other individuals violating the Act. |
