A meeting of Rogi Kalyan Samiti, Shahdara Sharief was held today in Darhal which was chaired by BMO who explained the role and responsibilities of the Rogi Kalyan Samiti to decentralize and to empower the local people.
He said that the central government has formulated policies under NRHM in this regard and the RKM is fully empowered to spent the funds allotted under this head.
Those who participated in the meeting were health educators, Tanvir Khan, Modh Ishaq Khan,Mohd Iqbal, Nayaz Ahmad,Ms Khair-un-Nisa,Ms Rubina Kousar,Shahida Parveen and Sikander Sheikh. |
