| Bandh call for Monday gains support | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Nov 3 Sangram Sena under the chairmanship of its president Ram Rattan Raina has extended support to the bandh call given by Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) for Nov 5. In a meeting held here today, Raina said that the call is based on genuine demands like creation of 50 pc reservation in jobs for Jammuites in civil secretariat, creation of five new districts and 20 new tehsils in Jammu province so that Jammu can get 60 assembly seats and five lok Sabha seats. He alleged that due share of jammuites have been grabbed by Kashmiri rulers in each and every field. He appealed the citizens to observe complete bandh on this day to show resentment and discrimination faced by Jammu people since long. |
