| NGO holds pre-Diwali celebrations | | | Early Times Reporter

Pahal, a NGO in collaboration with Bharat Grand Banquet, today organized impressive and largely attended cultural programme, Diwali Dhoom, Lakshmi Pujan and Cracker Show in connection with the pre-Diwali celebrations. A number of prominent political and social figures including Ashok Khajuria, Ram Sahai, Kavinder Gupta and Balwant Thakur alongwith their families also participated in the programme.
The 2-hour programme got appreciation from the gathering. Almost all the guests were of the view that such programmes can go a long way in strengthing the social fabric and educating the young generation about our rich culture and values.
Chander Rekha Khajuria, Ritu Kakkar Sahai, Deepika Thakur and Bindu Gupta were honoured on this occasion.
The Executive Committee of Pahal including Chandan Gupta, Meenakshi Bhargav, Neeru Mahajan, Sonika Khanna, Rekha Aggarwal, Jyoti Mittal, Meenu Mahajan and other office bearers had put joint efforts to organize this programme and make it successful. Spokesman of Pahal Deepak Aggarwal, presented vote of thanks.
