Minister for Social Welfare Haji Nassir Ali has laid foundation stone for construction of Trauma Unit building at District Hospital, Kargil today.
Among others who present on the occasion included Chief Executive Councillor, LAHDC, Kargil Haji Asgar Ali Karbalaie, Executive Councillor for works and Power Nasir Hussain Munshi, Executive Engineer R&B, Kargil.
The funds for construction of this trauma unit building is provided by the central government and will be completed during next financial year up to sept. 2008 at a cost of Rs. 75 lacs. The building comprised emergency six bedded ward, Labour room, operation theatre, Drug store, Doctor room pre-operation room Nurses room etc. |
