| Beopar Mandal holds protest, burns effigies of govt | | | Early Times Reporter

Beopar Mandal (J&K) staged a protest demonstration at New Plot here in which residents from various localities of the Jammu West Constituency demanded better basic amenities. The protestors also burnt the effigies of coalition govt and elected representative of the constituency for failing to carry out development in said constituency.
Sunil Dimple president Beopar Mandal (J&K) who led the protest in his address alleged that Congress led coalition has totally failed to deliver goods as assured to the people in its manifesto. He said that Jammu West Constituency has been neglected for the past two years, further he criticized the Minister for PDD Nawang Rigzin Zora for improper distribution of the power and unscheduled curtailments and swindling of funds in PDD.
Among those who spoke during the protest Ishar Dass Sharma, Baldev, Mohan Lal Sharma, R P Sharma, Ashok Khanna, Vicky Khajuria, Anu Sharma, Rajesh Sharma, Billo Pahalwan, Surinder Singh and others. |
